The 4" Square Pole Tenon Adapter (BHM-4SQT) is a rugged, professional-grade mounting solution that converts the top of a 4-inch square, non-tapered steel or aluminum pole into a standard 2-3/8" O.D. vertical tenon. This provides a secure and reliable platform for installing floodlights, area lights, and other outdoor fixtures—making it an ideal choice for parking lots, campuses, streetscapes, and large commercial projects.
Constructed from heavy-duty steel tubing and finished in a durable bronze powder coat, the adapter is built to withstand corrosion, UV exposure, and harsh weather conditions. For a strong and long-lasting installation, it comes furnished with four 5/16" hex head stainless-steel bolts, ensuring both stability and rust resistance.
Once installed, fixtures can be mounted and adjusted both vertically and horizontally, giving installers flexibility to fine-tune aiming for optimal coverage and reduced light spill.
